Who would win an arm wrestling match between Rob or Alfred Molina? Random question, but Taylor answers

Someone actually asked Taylor that during the 'Abduction' premiere in Sydney. At 2:10

A little more about Rob playing 'Renesmee's Lullaby' on the piano in 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2'

Back in February Carter Buwell confirmed via twitter and his official site that Rob was going to play on the piano 'Renesmee's Lullaby' in Breaking Dawn - Part 2.

Now, Jack_Morrissey tweeted a few more details about the scene :)

In March, during his interview with MTV, Rob talked about playing the song on the piano

We'll have to wait until November 2012 to see that. It'll be worth it! :D
The picture used in this post is from Twilight, not Breaking Dawn - Part 2

New "Bel Ami" Trailer Review by The Scorecard

Directed by: Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod
Starring: Robert Pattinson, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas
Rating: Not Yet Rated
Release Date: TBA
TRAILER SCORE: 7/10

Thoughts by TSR: There are certain actors I find myself rooting for. For one reason or another I rally behind them and hope they succeed. Robert Pattinson is one of those actors. I hate that he became part of a franchise with such vehement hatred spewed its way, making it difficult for him to be taken seriously. A lot of people hold Twilight against him and that’s too bad because I think he has legitimate talent. That itself is probably a crazy statement to some, but I stand behind it. I’m hoping Bel Ami is a film that helps Pattinson start to rid the bad, sparkling vampire taste from some folk’s mouths.

Before this trailer I wasn’t really aware of Bel Ami. I wasn’t familiar with the novel by Guy de Maupassant either, so I didn’t have any idea what to expect. What I got looks like a fairly interesting story of a man using his considerable charms to seduce the wives of influential men in order to boost his social status. Pattinson looks fine as the lead, but his co-star Uma Thurman looks less than impressive. Thurman has rarely impressed me outside her work in Tarantino films, so this doesn’t shock me, but I still hope the film proves her to give a stronger performance than the trailer leads me to believe. Kristin Scott Thomas also makes a welcome appearance and I’m certainly not a person who would casually write off a film that is smart enough to cast her. The story of Bel Ami intrigues me, but the trailer also shows off some strong production values. Between the plot, the sets and especially the costumes, this is a film I’ll definitely give a look when I get a chance to see it.

With the end in sight for Twilight, here’s hoping Robert Pattinson can break out of the franchise and make a name for himself on his own merits. I’m not sure if Bel Ami is going to be the film that achieves this, but this trailer gives me hope it can serve as a step in the right direction, and be a good film in its own right.

Daniel Radcliffe: Robert Pattinson Has Had It Much Harder

Once co-stars (and quite tragically so) in the "Harry Potter" series, Daniel Radcliffe doesn't envy his former Hogwarts classmate Robert Pattinson.

While Radcliffe just finished starring in the biggest film franchise of all time, he told Access Hollywood, as picked up by The Hollywood Reporter, that his gradual introduction to fame made life a lot easier for him, which wasn't the case for Pattinson.

"I think he's had to do with kind of a lot more," he said. "I had a very gradual easing in to the idea of fame, because I was doing the first two films back to back almost. So, while the whole 'Potter' film franchise was exploding, I was in studios filming and kind of unaware that this thing was going massive outside. Where as Rob, [he] was suddenly the most famous guy in the world. I think that's a lot harder to deal with."

There's also the matter of how their characters are portrayed, as well as the public's perception of the actors themselves. Radcliffe's Harry Potter is a boy wizard, steely and determined, but dressed in scarves and long black robes, not to mention his iconic rounded glasses. His love life in the books and film series is a late addition, and generally takes a backseat to the main action, which involves saving the entire world.

Meanwhile, Pattinson's Edward Cullen is described in the books as an adonis, a smoldering romantic of a vampire who is both sexily complicated and wildly devout to his virginal teen girlfriend. In short, the perfect man, undead or not. The entire series is predicated on their love and his willingness to take on all obstacles to defend her; in the end, all of his problems come from this undying love.

As for the actors themselves, the public watched Radcliffe grow up on screen, going from a 10-year old child to the 20-year old man he is today. In many ways it casts him like a friend or brother, more than sex symbol. Meanwhile, Pattinson was sprung onto world fully grown, and his secretive relationship with co-star Kristen Stewart was the total wish fulfillment of everyone who wanted to believe in the movie -- or gawk at two beautiful people.

With Radcliffe now done with Potter and starring on Broadway, and Pattinson wrapping up his saga in the next year and branching out his film career, it will be interesting to see which young Brit has more staying power -- both in show business, and the tabloids.

Imogen Poots Talks About Robert and Kristen

Poots, though, believes there's room for both kinds of coffin-dwellers: those who sparkle in the sunshine and those who burst into flame. "I've seen (the Twilight movies). I think (Kristen Stewart) and (Robert) Pattinson are awesome. I haven't read the books, but it's a franchise that's really relevant to my generation. You've got to embrace it."

Fright Night, she adds, goes "back to the original form of what it means to people. It's a malleable form. You can adjust the form of the vampire to suit your type of film.

"Twilight has a different vampire than we have."

Maybe. But what the two creatures have in common is that Farrell is no less irresistible to the opposite sex than Pattinson.
