New Policies Concerning Shipping, Delivery & Self Collection

We are revising our policies concerning Shipping, Delivery and Self Collection effective immediately. Please note the changes below and read the conditions / guidelines set as well completely. These changes are in effect to make things more convenient and to make receiving your purchases more accessible. Please note that there are NO COD/Cash On Delivery options available, so please do not ask. These changes are for shipping, delivery and self collection only. There has never been and we will not be having any 'see first then only pay' option. That defeats the nature of the online business concept and we hope as customers who enjoy the online discounts, you can also accept and appreciate that the discounts go in line with the fact that there is no physical store thus there are no costly overheads added to your items price. To continue to enjoy low prices, you must shop online, decide online and pay for your purchases IN FULL prior to shipping, delivery or self collection.

Self Collection

For buyers who wish to self collect items, once you have made full payment and the amount has cleared and appears in our bank accounts, you may make arrangements to self collect your items. The location for self collection is Damansara Heights. No other location is possible.

Terms : Arrangements must be made at least 1 day in advance. Collection from Mon - Fri only at selected times after 2pm. Sat/Sun/Public Hols - no self collection is possible.

Possible hot spots:

Pusat Bandar Damansara - Landmark is Malaysian Immigration/McDonalds/RHB

Plaza Damansara - Landmark is CIMB Bank/Chef and Brew

Medan Damansara - Landmark is Victoria Station

Bukit Damansara - residential address

These are the only locations possible.

*Please only request for self collection if you are familiar with Damansara Heights because if you do not know where this is and finding your way around most places is usually a challenging task for you, we highly recommend that you skip this option to avoid you getting lost and incurring an unusually high number of phone calls to assist you to locate the place. The roads here are very confusing and one will find it quite challenging to maneuver one's way to the correct place if you are not familiar with the road system here.

Damansara Heights is next to Bangsar, or between Bangsar and Sri Hartamas, but due to the traffic congestion in Bangsar and Sri Hartamas, no self collection is possible in these other two areas. Please note that Damansara Heights is not near or next to The Curve or Kota Damansara.

Once again, ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BEFORE SELF COLLECTION. We do not want any case of buyer's remorse or issues arising from buyers not being entirely sure they want what they have agreed to purchase. Online shopping means - Shop online, decide online and pay for your item online. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery

Personal delivery may be done for selected addresses in the Klang Valley only. This will be at our descretion and convenience. This service may not be requested. It is purely a service we are able to provide occasionally depending on transportation and time. We will look into expanding the ability to do this at a later date. For now, if we are able to provide personal delivery, we will inform you in advance.

Shipping

All other buyers outside of the Klang Valley and located in other states in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia will continue to enjoy Express Shipping via Poslaju. Shipping is twice a week usually on Mondays and Thursdays but we reserve the right to make changes to the shipping days should issues with our work schedule arise. All packages paid one day in advance of the dedicated shipping day will be included in that day's shipping. If you only pay for your item on the dedicated shipping day itself, your package may be forwarded to the following shipping day due to time constraints which require advance packing to be carried out.

International Shipping

To Australia, Brunei and Singapore, you can opt for Registered Mail or Express Mail. Due to the high costs, most international buyers opt for Registered Mail.

We have found that there are many people who skim through and often miss out important information or worst of all assume certain information instead of reading and understanding the contents in its entirety. To avoid any misunderstanding and miscommunication, PLEASE READ this article in full and ensure you understand it completely. If you need clarification on any points, please contact us.
