Many emails which we reply to are then not responded to by customers. When we check with the customers we are told they never received a reply. Please do also check your SPAM or BULK mail folder since your mail server has been set up to send selected mail into these folders and some go there by mistake.
We seek your help in making sure all emails are received as we ALWAYS reply all emails. Once we reply, we appreciate a response so we know that the mail has gone through.
