Apologies for shipping delay from the US

A thousand apologies sent by my US counterpart on the delay in shipping the following items. Her father was hospitalised for an illness and she herself was seriously ill, I did not get any emails/response from her until today. They will be shipped today and will arrive in about 1.5 weeks time, customs clearance will take another 1.5 weeks or so. So I will contact each of you once I have these items in hand.
